Not That Way

Jesus freely corrected lots of people, and many of them liked him for it. When the disciples were (wrongly) sorting through how to lead
the people and each other, Jesus said the right way was to serve the brothers like a common slave, doing the lowly things.

Go low. Be meek. The way of telling others what to do like a magisterial Roman? Not that way.
